The Asian house gecko (invasive in Australia) can be seen during the day, but are most active at night. Asian house geckos can also be heard making a chirping call. Hatchlings, juveniles, and adults are common co-inhabiting with humans feeding off insects attracted to the unnatural lighting. The young hatchlings are only about 2 cm long and the adults grow to about 11 cm long (including tail).
