Common death adders are one of the most venomous snakes in Australia and the world. They are found in eastern as well as southern Australia and grow to about half a meter in length.

Black whipsnakes are venomous and found along the north and northeast coasts of Australia. These snakes grow to about 1.5 meters in length.
The Common tree snake is found across northern and eastern Australia. These snakes are non-venomous and are identifiable by their bright yellow bellies. The backs of Common tree snakes range from dark black to shades of blue, green, or brown. They usually grow to just over a meter in length and feed mostly on frogs and skinks.
Centralian blue-tongued skinks are found throughout northern central Australia. They grow to about 30 cm in length and are named for their light blue tongues. Blue-tongued skinks are popular pets due to their easy going nature.
Clawless geckos are found along the western coast of Australia and in patches in northern and central Australia. They grow to about 3-4 cm in length.
Tommy round heads are found predominantly along the northeast coast of Queensland. They grow to about 5 cm in length and feed on insects.
The Eastern water dragon inhabits the eastern coastline of Australia and grows to almost a meter in length (most of which is it's tail). Eastern water dragons have a varied diet including lizards, frogs, insects, and plants.
Spinifex slender blue-tongued skinks are found sporadically throughout western and central Australia. They are smaller than other blue-tongued skinks, growing to about 13 cm in length.
